Our laboratory forcus on crystallization of glass. We have developed new Na+ superionic conducting glass-ceramics. It is expected that this work will lead to the development of novel solid electrolyte. Concurrently, we also have studied the immobilization of high level nuclear waste with new type phosphate glasses. In addition, our laboratory forcus on multifunctional solid surfaces in terms of environmental purification and lower environment load.
