1. General registration information
You will find an overview of the registration fees in the table below. This fee includes coffee breaks, the welcome reception, banquet, excursion and your accommodation in Hyatt Regency Tokyo (3 nights, check-in 20th Aug to check-out 23rd Aug)! You can register and payment from the button below!

Submission
Submission method
We accept abstracts for both oral and poster presentations. You can consult the list with topics for AFMD 2020.
Participants must submit their abstract by 20 April 2020 at the latest. To submit your abstract, please download the Abstract Template. Complete the template, and submite it from Here (It will be opened on December).
Accepted abstracts will be invited to give an oral or poster presentation at the conference.

Notification of acceptance: 15 May 2020
