ISAT-24 Registration Guide (STEP 0 – STEP 2)

Preparation

1.Please visit the ISAT-24 registration site:
https://isat-conference.award-con.com/congress/1/
2.Please create a new account.

 

STEP 0: Login and Create User Account

・Log in to the system.
・From the left-hand menu, select “Create User” to create your account.

STEP 1: Pre-entry Registration (Required for all participants)

•From the left-hand menu, select “Registration”.
•Please complete the Pre-entry form by entering the following information:
•Deadline for Pre-entry Registration: September 12, 2025 (JST)

STEP 2: Abstract Submission (For presenters only)

•From the left-hand menu, select “Paper Submission”.
•Upload your abstract in PDF format only.
•Deadline for Abstract Submission: September 21, 2025 (JST)

✅ For presenters, the registration process is completed at STEP 2.
