Exploring new architectural possibilities from inside and outside the design
Architectural design is about creating something unique, with the goal of creating rich spatial experiences and desirable relationships between people, while learning from many excellent architectural works. In the process, new architectural methods are often found by actively confronting various conditions that may seem restrictive, such as structure and facilities, as well as environmental performance and regulations, and when thinking about design, one should look at both the inside and the outside. In our laboratory, we conduct design research that shares the appeal of architecture and cities, while seeking design clues from multiple angles and exploring methods to create new architecture.
