Mastering Cells through Chemistry

Regulating cells, the fundamental units of life, plays a crucial role in maintaining health and treating diseases.
Cell structure and function are regulated by macromolecules such as DNA and proteins, as well as small molecules like sugars and lipids. Understanding these biological components from a chemical perspective is essential.
Furthermore, we aim to identify and analyze unknown bioactive compounds, such as plant extracts, that regulate cell activity, and investigate strategies for controlling cell functions. Building on this knowledge, we strive to develop novel bioactive compounds and technologies for regulating cell functions.
