Crystal growth and fabrication of visible-light-based devices that will support the next-generation social infrastructure

We have studied on how to create high-quality semiconductor materials using in-situ monitoring technique during growth such as electron beam and X-ray diffractions. The high-quality semiconductor materials include the nano-structure in which the quantum effect appears. These are applied to multifunctional visible-light-based devices involving light illumination, display, light fidelity (Li-Fi), optical wireless power transmission (OWPT) and so on.
