2023年10月19-20日に南台科技大学(台湾)で開催された国際学会The 22nd International Symposium on Advanced Technology (ISAT-22)において、電気・電子工学専攻1年の杉田直樹さん(結晶成長研究室・山口智広教授)がStudent's Oral Presantation Excellent Awardを受賞しました。

研究題目：
Phase Control of Copper Oxides by Changing Temperatures and Gas Types in Growth of Mist CVD

杉田さんの今回の発表では、ミスト化学気相成長法による酸化銅成長において、結晶成長条件となるガス種と成長温度が相制御に与える影響を報告しました。
