国際先端技術シンポジウム(ISAT-22)で本学学生15名が受賞しました

10月19日～20日の期間で、「第22回国際先端技術シンポジウム」(ISAT-22)が、南台科技大学(台湾)にて開催され、本学から52名の学生と5名の教員が参加しました。
ISATとは、2002年に本学にて主催して以降、毎年、本学の海外協定校と持ち回りで開催している国際学会です。今年で22回目を迎え、南台科技大学にて開催されました。新型コロナウィルス感染症の影響を受け、過去3年間はオンラインでの開催となり、久しぶりの対面開催ということもあり、本学より多くの学生が発表に参加しました。
優秀な発表者には賞が贈られ、本学学生はオーラルプレゼンテーションより7名、ポスタープレゼンテーションより8名 計15名が受賞しました。

国際先端技術シンポジウム(ISAT)について
国際先端技術シンポジウム(ISAT)は、大学が協定校と共催することで、学生たちは経験が少ない中でも参加しやすく、国際学会にチャレンジする第一歩の場になっています。また、研究領域を絞らず大学間で運営することで、分野や国の壁を超えて共同研究や技術交流が生まれる貴重な機会になっています。
