High Performance Computing Laboratory

Supervisor
Akihiro FUJII: Associate Professor

Earthquake, weather forecast, airflow around airplains and others can be simulated with Supercomputers. These numerical simulations have been important tools for our society to design new products or services. This laboratory studies high performance computing that tries to accelerate these numerical simulations with Supercomputers. We mainly focus on linear solvers, parallelization technique of computation, and parallel time integration.
