Secure and safe society is created by advanced security systems, law-based operations, and ethical activities. Based on this viewpoint, our laboratory discusses with variety of researchers and scientists from engineering, applied physics, education, and phycology and in developing more advanced security systems that focus on the "security scicence."
The existence of the safety systems is crucial in order to have safe and secure daily life. A system where people with food allergies can enjoy eating out in restaurant. A system that can monitor solitary person at home 24/7. A system that can prevent injuries while operating machine tools. We are researching and developing such reliable systems.
