Our laboratory mainly approaches the design and fabrication of metal xide thin films from a chemical process, and the creation of thin film devices using them. Specifically, we aim to realize next-generation devices using metal oxides thin films such as lithium-ion batteries, solar cells, thin film transistors, and superconductors.
